Job summary

WonderWorks Orlando is seeking Admissions Attendants to warmly greet guests and guide them into the upside-down attraction. You will handle transactions at the POS, upsell related services, and share helpful information to ensure a memorable visit.

This seasonal, part-time role requires friendly communication and reliable weekend availability. WonderWorks offers weekly pay, discounts on site and other Orlando attractions, and 401K eligibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Observational skills for safety and guest needs.
• Basic math for making change and handling payments.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and interact with guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
• Answer guest questions with friendly, informative service.
• Process transactions via POS with accurate cash handling in a high-volume setting.
• Upsell tickets, combos, souvenirs, and shows when applicable.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per WonderWorks standards.
• Follow duties checklist and timelines; escalate complaints to the Manager on Duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
