Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques to up‑sell as much as possible.
• Clear tables during service and control guest checks with proper payment.
• Ensure station and table set‑ups are complete and perform side duties as assigned.
• Maintain dining areas and servicing equipment cleanliness.
• Work varying schedules as needed and attend all trainings/meetings.
• Run food to tables and polish silver and glassware.
• Detail sections and reach other hotel departments as required.
