SIXT in Boulder is seeking a customer service and sales-minded teammate to assist customers, manage rentals, and promote upgrades with a smile. You will learn our vehicle lineup and ensure satisfaction while handling inquiries and completing rental agreements.

The role emphasizes upselling, meeting sales goals, and delivering friendly, efficient service in a busy branch environment. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Direct customer contact experience, ideally in retail, service, tourism or hospitality.
• Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Fluent English communication and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with friendly, professional service.
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining product knowledge of the fleet.
