SIXT Downtown Luckie Street is seeking a Rental Sales Agent to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a full-time role. You will engage customers, upsell upgrades and services, and manage rental agreements while maintaining a courteous, product-savvy approach.

Qualifications

• Proven upselling and sales experience.
• Experience in direct customer contact, retail, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and be flexible with shifts.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly service and sales.
• Upsell upgrades, protection packages, and add-ons to meet sales goals.
• Prepare rental agreements and answer customer inquiries with a service-minded approach.
• Maintain expert knowledge of SIXT fleet and products to exceed targets.
