Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member at our Washington state branch to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.

You will greet customers, upsell upgrades and services, manage rental agreements, and help guests while meeting sales goals. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays in shifts.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
