Job summary

SIXT in Boulder, CO seeks a customer service and sales-oriented teammate. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service while upselling upgrades and protections. You’ll prepare rental agreements and answer inquiries with organization and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact.
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• You are communicative and articulate in English.
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time.
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
