Job summary

Amaterra Wines in Bend, OR is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our new location. As a Server you will greet guests, serve beverages and food, upsell menu items, and ensure memorable experiences in an upscale setting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of upscale restaurant server experience, current ServSafe/OLCC certifications, strong people skills, and proficiency with MS Office 365. We offer on-demand pay, benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of server experience in upscale restaurants.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional guest situations.
• Maintain high professionalism and respectful conduct.
• Adhere to safety, security, and liquor policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive guest service in a courteous manner.
• Greet guests and document orders for drinks and food.
• Ensure sanitation and safety per policies.
• Assist guests with menu, cocktails, and wine pairings.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and note dietary needs.
• Keep staff informed of meal progression and timing.
• Deliver orders from bar/kitchen to tables smoothly.
• Address guest requests and observe dining flow.
• Maintain table settings and replenish utensils and drinks.
• Close out dining experience with guest appreciation.
• Maintain health guidelines in all duties.
• Coordinate with front desk and managers on guest needs.
• Handle cash, charges, and vouchers accurately.
• Perform cleaning tasks per supervisor instructions.
• Take on other duties as required.
