Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Busser to support a high-quality dining experience under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef. You will keep the dining room and patio clean, restock supplies, and assist servers to ensure prompt, courteous service for members and guests.

Ideal candidates are presentable, customer-focused, articulate in English, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail.
• Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative and an enthusiastic team player who displays good human relations’ skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Possesses valid Food Handler’s card.
• Accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
• Be highly detail orientated.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an upbeat and welcoming personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• The Busser is responsible for the organization & cleanliness of the dining room & patio.
• Maintains a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or assisting with serving food.
• Keeps server stations, dining room, and patio stocked and clean at all times.
• Pre-bussing guest tables and delivering food orders to tables and guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Communicates with staff and management before leaving the post and supports servers during service.
• Restocks supplies before and after each shift and assists with large party setups.
• Proactively resolve guest requests and ensure garnishing and presentation of items.
