Qualifications

• Minimum two-year-related server experience in upscale restaurant setting.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety, security, and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service to restaurant guests and take beverage and food orders.
• Promote drinks, document orders, and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies to protect guests and staff.
• Assist in wine and menu knowledge to guide guest selections.
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen on orders and dietary needs.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate voucher processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health guidelines.
