Job summary

Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club in Bend, OR seeks a hospitality-driven Busser to support the service team by delivering food, keeping the expo line clean, and clearing tables for new guests. You’ll communicate with Back of House and Front of House to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have great conversational skills, a positive, outgoing attitude, and some hospitality experience. On-demand pay, PTO, education assistance, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist service staff by delivering orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain expo line cleanliness and organize order tickets.
• Clear and reset tables and coordinate with BOH/FOH teams.

We are seeking a hospitality professional to join our team as a Busser. In this role, you will help our service team deliver food orders from the kitchen to members’ and guests' tables rapidly and accurately. It is this person who will help maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organize order tickets, and communicate effectively with the Back of House and Front of House teams. The Busser will also assist the service team with clearing and resetting tables for new guests.
