Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails according to established standards.
• Abide by all Massachusetts liquor laws.
• Provide warm and personal service and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow all cash handling procedures.
• Perform side-work including garnish preparation.
• Support the service team.
• Perform other duties as requested by dining room/catering management.
