Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment.
• Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the sequence of service and standards as set by management.
• Take and deliver orders in a gracious and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate full menu knowledge including preparation methods.
• Know spirits, wines, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in clean condition.
• Guide guests through their dining experience and upsell where appropriate.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Address guest special requests or concerns.
