Job summary

Bai Tong group is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for Noi Thai Cuisine locations in the Seattle area. This part-time role leads all revenue, profitability and guest-experience goals, and oversees daily restaurant operations with a focus on excellence and staff development.

You will manage hiring, scheduling, budgeting and cost control while delivering outstanding service and memorable dining experiences. Competitive pay from $23/hour and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a restaurant manager.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining restaurant.
• Financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, and P&L Management).
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• Extensive food and wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant, including kitchen operations, guest services, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in all areas.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Address staffing requirements, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ensure profitability by optimizing operational costs and maximizing revenue streams.
• Uphold an exceptional standard of guest service.
• Handle guest relations and resolve any issues with tact and diplomacy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience and stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote Noi Thai.
• Deliver superior guest service and ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
