Bai Tong Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to work closely with the General Manager and team in Honolulu. You will support cost and labor management, recruitment, training, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires dependable leadership, coaching, and a focus on creating a memorable dining experience for guests in a fast-paced environment. Part-time position with employee discounts and training benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with cash handling, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, interview and onboard employees, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain high service standards and handle busy service periods with composure.
• Collaborate with GM on labor, cost, and inventory management.
• Oversee front-of-house scheduling, training, and uniform compliance.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies and responsible alcohol service.
