Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Server for the Tap Room in Pasadena, CA. You will greet guests, take orders for food and beverages, and serve with attentiveness and hospitality.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of menu items, glassware, liquor regulations, and assisting with opening/closing duties while ensuring cleanliness and smooth service in an outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Cocktail Server or Food Server.
• Tips and Food Handlers certificate required.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders for food and beverages.
• Input orders into Micros system and ensure transmission to Bartender/Kitchen.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, garnishes, glassware and price range.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
