Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ as required by state/local laws.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food/beverage items.
• TIPS certification is required.
• Capable of operating the POS and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to The Brass Tap.
• Follow service steps for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails per recipes.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties with minimal supervision.
