Cheeca Lodge & Spa's Nikai Sushi Bar & Restaurant in the Florida Keys is seeking experienced Restaurant Servers to join the team. You will greet guests, guide them through the sushi and Japanese-inspired menu, and deliver attentive service in a resort dining setting.

Candidates should have restaurant serving experience, strong communication, and a professional appearance. Training on sake, wine and cocktails is provided in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; upscale or resort experience is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Interest in learning about sushi, Japanese cuisine and sake.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver a professional dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Guide guests through Nikai's menu including sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes.
• Develop knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods and potential allergens.
• Confidently discuss sake, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
