RA Sushi - Pembroke Pines is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. You will greet guests, explain menu highlights, and ensure seamless service from seating to checkout.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume dining, strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Upscale dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods.
• Available nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge, including specials and pairings.
• Take accurate orders and enter into POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Open and close side work as assigned.
• Keep service areas clean and organized throughout shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests.
