The role requires 21+ age, a high school diploma or GED, and prior dining server experience, with casino familiarity considered a plus. Expect upselling opportunities and strict adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years’ dining server experience required; fine dining preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve problems in a diplomatic manner.

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to dining guests.
• Maintain a friendly and professional image at the hotel/casino.
• Assist with upselling appetizers, beverages, and desserts.
• Use POS to enter orders and process payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling and gaming guidelines.
• Ensure tables and service stations are clean and well stocked.
