Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is seeking a Jockey Club Server to deliver knowledgeable, prompt and courteous service to dining guests in a lively casino environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dining server experience, preferably in fine dining, with strong beverage knowledge, POS proficiency, and cash handling skills.

Must be 21+ and able to obtain an Arkansas Racing License.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two or more years’ dining server experience; fine dining preferred.
Casino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to dining guests.
Maintain friendly, professional image at Oaklawn Hot Springs.
Support and demonstrate superior customer service per department standards.
Maintain confidentiality in all department and company matters.
Deliver prepared food to guests within designated time standards.
