Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years’ dining server experience required; fine dining preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.
• Ability to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to perform the physical job duties of all Food & Beverage team members.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically and tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages.
• Suggest items to guests and upsell appetizers, beverages, desserts.
• Operate POS system to enter orders accurately and present checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Assist other servers to deliver the best possible service.
• Follow cash handling and gaming guidelines.
