Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale dining or hotel setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beverages and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Experience using POS systems and handling guest payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, wine, and cocktails tailored to guest preferences.
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and daily specials to answer guest questions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
• Support sustainability and responsible service practices, including waste reduction.
