Job summary

The Sebastian Vail in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Gambit Server to join our hospitality team. You will deliver exemplary service, guide guests through menu and beverage options, and help create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server in an upscale dining or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is an advantage.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding table service, demonstrating a deep understanding of the menu and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests and needs.
