Job summary

The One Group is seeking friendly servers to join our high-energy, upscale dining team in Los Angeles. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, guide guests through the Vibe Dining experience, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.

Ideal candidates bring prior serving experience in upscale settings, a passion for wine and cocktails, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-first attitude. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Guest-first attitude and excellent communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through the Vibe Dining experience
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, recommendations, and beverage pairings
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Support team to maintain smooth service flow
• Handle opening/closing side work and keep service areas clean
• Process payments and thank guests while inviting return visits
