Steelbach, a Three Oaks Hospitality concept at Armature Works, celebrates the South's culinary heritage with bold creativity and timeless warmth. This Southern-inspired kitchen and chophouse pairs grass-fed Florida beef with handcrafted dishes rooted in simplicity and soul.

As a Server here, you’ll be a storyteller guiding guests through a dining experience our team has poured into. Must have open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the full menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Familiarity with wine pairings and beverage offerings.
• Understanding of common food allergies and cross-contamination protocols.
• Experience serving in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and intention - first impressions matter.
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge of dishes and cocktails.
• Present daily specials and answer questions to build excitement.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Bridge between kitchen and guest to ensure perfect dishes.
• Assist with and narrate finishing presentations.
• Process checks and payments with a warm close to the experience.
• Pitch in wherever needed - teamwork is essential.
