The One Group is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service in a high-energy Vibe Dining environment. You will anticipate guest needs, suggest menu items and pairings, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• As a Server, you will deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into the POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Open and close side work as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests, inviting return.
