Benihana - Atlanta I is seeking an enthusiastic Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-energy, upscale setting. You will guide guests through the iconic Vibe Dining experience, share detailed menu knowledge, and ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, collaboration with team members, and maintaining polished service standards in a lively environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate orders and input into POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening/closing side work as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests, inviting return.
