Benihana - Addison is seeking enthusiastic servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant, upscale setting. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, recommend pairings, and take and deliver orders with accuracy and grace.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed by management.
• Keep service areas clean and organized during shifts.
• Process payments and thank guests while inviting them to return.
