Job summary

Benihana in Denver is seeking a friendly, professional Server to deliver our vibrant Vibe Dining experience. You will anticipate guest needs, explain menu pairings, and enter orders accurately.

You will guide guests through the dining experience, maintain kitchen and service area cleanliness, handle payments, and support teammates during busy periods. Previous high-volume service and a passion for hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume dining preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Perform opening/closing side work as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit.
