Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in luxury/upscale dining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining and help maintain a clean dining environment.
• Assist Server and stock service stations to ensure smooth service.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area and report defects.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow hotel policies and complete all assigned duties by management.
