Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Server Assistant to support dining service and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

As a Full-Time role, you will set tables, stock stations, assist servers with beverages and breads, and respond to guest requests. A Maricopa Food Handlers Card is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Prior luxury / upscale dining experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, placing tableware, and serving water.
• Ensure tableware is clean and report defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
• Assist Server with table service, including beverages and breads.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

McArthur's Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Essential Functions

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
• Assist Server with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department.
• Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.

This is a Full-Time position, you must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
