BENCHMARK is seeking a highly motivated Room Service Server for The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California. In this role, you will take orders and ensure guests receive exceptional service in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of food service experience and a passion for hospitality. The position offers a pay rate of $16.90 per hour along with health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off as benefits.

Overview

Join The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, a legendary AAA Four-Diamond property located in Riverside, California. We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Room Service Server to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take guests’ orders over the phone and deliver food and beverage to guest rooms.
• Ensure accurate and timely order preparation and delivery.
• Familiarize yourself with menus, ingredients, wine list, and hours of operation for all outlets.
• Navigate the room layout and understand hotel amenities.
• Collect orders from kitchen, verify proper preparation, and deliver to guest rooms promptly.
• Submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales.
• Assist with the collection of Room Service trays and other items, including proper breakdown.
• Practice proper service etiquette and maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal appearance.

Qualifications

Compensation
