Sage Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Rooftop Bartender for Spruzzo at The Ben West Palm Beach. You craft exceptional cocktails, recommend wines, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning. You will manage high‑volume service, maintain inventory, and collaborate on seasonal cocktail features while upholding responsible service standards in a resort‑style rooftop venue.

Qualifications

• Some College
• 2–3 years’ experience bartending in fine‑dining or upscale, high‑volume hospitality environments.
• Toast POS, TIPS Certified, ServSafe Certified

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to the highest standards, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing knowledgeable beverage recommendations, wine pairings, and detailed descriptions of spirits, vintages, and tasting notes.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during high-volume service while managing multiple drink orders and supporting seamless front-of-house operations.
• Accurately process orders through the POS system, handle cash and payments responsibly, and complete opening and closing bar procedures.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked by maintaining inventory levels, completing daily setup, and restocking throughout and after each shift.
• Adhere to all responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying identification and complying with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on seasonal cocktail features, beverage menu enhancements, and team training initiatives as needed.
