Job summary

Spruzzo Rooftop at The Ben West Palm is seeking an experienced Rooftop Bartender to craft exceptional cocktails, recommend wines with confidence, and deliver genuine hospitality atop a luxury rooftop venue.

You will balance speed with precision in a fast-paced environment, maintain inventory, and help train team members to create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Education/Formal Training: Some College.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience bartending in fine‑dining or upscale, high‑volume hospitality environments.
• Knowledge/Skills: Toast POS, TIPS Certified, ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to the highest standards, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing knowledgeable beverage recommendations, wine pairings, and detailed descriptions of spirits, vintages, and tasting notes.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during high-volume service while managing multiple drink orders and supporting seamless front-of-house operations.
• Accurately process orders through the POS system, handle cash and payments responsibly, and complete opening and closing bar procedures.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked by maintaining inventory levels, completing daily setup, and restocking throughout and after each shift.
• Adhere to all responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying identification and complying with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on seasonal cocktail features, beverage menu enhancements, and team training initiatives as needed.
