Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique dining experiences through warm, personal service.
• Ensure cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage services.
• Up-sell food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue.
• Serve food and beverage orders promptly to guests.
• Remember individual patron's names and preferences.
• Clear and tidy up tables after patrons depart.
• Perform opening/closing duties and set tables according to standards.
• Assist other outlets during peak times as required.
• Apply food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
