Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and prior serving experience, preferably upscale dining.
• Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure is essential.

• Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests about menu items, specials and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu, specials, deviations and shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Deliver items, fulfill needs, offer desserts and drinks, refill glasses, and manage service flow.
