Job summary

QVC Group, through its Frontgate brand, seeks a Sales Associate for our West Chester, OH location to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and promote the Frontgate brand. You will report to the Assistant Store Manager and work onsite daily.

You will meet sales goals, maintain a clean and organized floor, and provide guests with knowledgeable assistance about products and services, delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the store.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members.
• Provide guests with accurate and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Frontgate.
