Job summary

QVC Group is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate for our West Chester, OH location. You will drive sales, maintain an organized sales floor, and deliver exceptional guest service by educating customers on Frontgate products.

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience daily. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in specialty retail, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, POS), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly for the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting a knowledgeable and efficient environment for guests and team members.
• Educate guests on Frontgate products and services available.
