QVC Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the West Chester, OH location to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving sales and maintaining an organized, inviting storefront. This onsite role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and requires the ability to educate guests on Frontgate products and services.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience, strong cash handling skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems and previous cash handling required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the store.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members.
• Provide guests with accurate and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Frontgate.
