Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, OH is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and lead a team to exceed sales expectations. You will promote the Frontgate brand and ensure store standards are met, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in specialty retail, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems; this is an onsite role with competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry (not required)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50lbs
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guest experience and lead a team of service-minded associates
• Coach team on product knowledge and tools
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities
