Candidates should have 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer service and proficiency with POS systems are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems; cash handling required.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional physical requirements may include climbing ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve store sales goals daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service; create a helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient environment for guests and team members.
• Educate guests about Frontgate products and services; provide accurate information.
