Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas seeks a full-time Server for our Italian and Latin Steakhouse venues. This is a tip-free, base hourly role at $20 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

As part of Benchmark Hospitality, you will greet guests, take orders, maintain dining room standards, and support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Experience in full service or à la carte serving preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge and selections.
• Maintain organized, clean dining space and uphold standards throughout service.
• Perform side work and station upkeep, including polishing and cleaning.
• Enter orders in POS, present checks, and process payments.
