Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience in a high-end, premium, or upscale food and beverage environment following strict table service guidelines.
• Service Mastery: knowledge of upscale order of service guidelines, fine dining table setups, and terminology.
• Interpersonal excellence with exceptional customer service and problem-solving for premium clientele.
• Attributes: self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds; strong stamina.
• Scheduling flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Gracious hospitality with attentive, professional service.
• Thorough knowledge of menu, ingredients, and daily specials; describe dishes and address dietary needs.
• Provide premium beverage service and pairings with accurate handling of orders.
• Execute pre- and post-shift duties; maintain station readiness and cleanliness.
• Maintain proper table settings and luxurious presentation; ensure brand standards.
• Adhere to POS procedures and coordinate with floor team on reservations and service flow.
