Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Hilton Milwaukee Miller Time Pub in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a part-time server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure courses are served in a timely and professional manner.

We require at least two years of upscale-serving experience, availability on Fridays and Saturdays, strong wine/spirits knowledge, and the ability to carry trays and work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-end service in upscale or fine-dining settings.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to describe menu items, wine pairings, and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with knowledge and professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver courses in proper order and ensure timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials.
• Stock service stations and maintain a clean dining area.
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards and assist with bar/private dining as needed.
