Qualifications

• 2-year server experience required.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required.
• Valid RBS Alcohol Training certificate required.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on low and high shelves.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of wine and various cuisines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
• Working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create an exceptional dining experience from arrival through departure.
• Maintain a proactive, guest-focused approach to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Promote BoujieMana’s mission and values in all interactions.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, pricing and preparation methods.
• Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations with confidence.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Deliver food and beverages per elevated service standards.
• Observe tables and respond promptly to guest needs for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Process cash and credit card transactions using Shift4.
• Fill in for colleagues to maintain service levels.
