BoujieMana is a full-service restaurant in central San Diego operated by parent company TCWGlobal. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with tips, and reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Busser or Food Runner in a high-volume setting.
• Food Handler’s Card required.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Promote BoujieMana's mission through service excellence.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and supplies.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Greet guests as seated and provide water, rolls, and butter.
• Assist servers and host/hostess to optimize seating and flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and equipment.
