• Three years of restaurant management experience or more.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for service, food quality, and hospitality.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader in the dining room who sets the tone for the guest experience.
• Coach, support, and develop team members while building a positive, accountable work environment.
• Ensure operational systems and service standards are consistently executed.
• Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
