Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of management experience, excellent references, and a proven ability to train staff, develop guest relationships, and uphold top food and beverage standards. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant management experience.
• Excellent references with stable job history.
• Ability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts on your feet.
• Expertise in training and development of staff.
• Clear leadership qualities.
• Committed and demonstrable knowledge of food and beverage.
• Four-year college degree preferred but not required.
