Mailroom in Clarksville, TN, seeks a Restaurant Manager for downtown locations. You will lead daily operations, oversee shifts, coach team members, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred.
• You are good with numbers and can manage budgets.
• You can coach and develop Team Members and maintain service standards.
• Knowledge of local health codes and sanitation is required.
• Excellent communication and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead each shift with attention to detail.
• Assist the General Manager with programs, hiring, and training.
• Support FOH systems, order guides, quality control, and budget adherence.
• Handle guest and team member concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain a safe dining environment and ensure food safety compliance.
• Collaborate on financial tracking and reporting with the GM.
• Foster ongoing professional development and performance growth.
