Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining, hospitality, nightlife, or high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience managing in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
• Professional presence with strong leadership confidence and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop management teams and hourly staff.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Serve as ambassador of brand culture and service execution.
• Promote a positive team culture built on teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and staff.
• Manage labor, sales, profitability, and operational efficiencies.
• Become a systems expert across restaurant platforms (Toast, Restaurant365, Craftable, 7shifts, SevenRooms).
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
